My deputies are always asking - "What else can we do to help Addison County?" - and I think that's great! With how our department is funded (visit our website to learn more), we have to have access to contracts that cover the work we do. So when we want to do more in areas that we see need our help, we have to expand current contracts or get new ones! I would love to provide service to all of the towns in the County in one form or another, as well as have expanded availability for deputies to be on the road. This will take resources, but I want to be able to expand our role within the communities we serve - and create new opportunities for us.
